Shipping & Tracking Policy - The Mini Box

1. Payment Method & Free Shipping:
- We strictly offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Prepayments are currently not accepted.
- Orders of ₹2,000 and above: FREE shipping all over India.
- Orders below ₹2,000: Standard delivery/COD fee applies at checkout.

2. Processing & Delivery Timeline:
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours from Surat, Gujarat (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
- Metro Cities: Delivery within 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of India: Delivery within 5 to 7 business days.

3. Order Tracking:
- You can track your shipment anytime via the "Track Order" link in our website footer.
- Simply enter your Order ID and the Email ID used during checkout to view the live status.

4. Delivery Verification:
- Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct. Courier partners may call to confirm your location prior to delivery.
